When I came to Eastern Shore Plastic Surgery, PC in Nov 1998, I quickly realized that the current system had many issues and therefore the Accounts Receivable were terrible. I had been working for a MSO that used the Medic System and we were looking for a system that was not as expensive, but would give us similar reports and be user friendly. We found T.H.O.M.A.S and Chris Andrews.

We started using the system in Jan 1999 and quickly turned the AR around, it was easy to learn and the appointment scheduler fit our office perfectly. We have progressed over the years and are now on E-Thomas which we love even more. We file nearly all our insurance claims electronically with fast very fast turn around times primary and secondary. We have used electronic statements with no trouble for many years. We have recently began using the Adams call system to remind our patients of there appointments, it is great and very cost effective. One of my most favorite features is using the Biz Card reader to scan in all Insurance cards and drivers licenses. This saves lots of time for our Insurance Coder when following up on rejections, NO more pulling charts for that information.

We have been so happy with the services offered by Chris Andrews and Patrice Bias. Patrice is so knowledgeable about the T.H.O.M.A.S system and what can be done to customize many things to better suite your office and what is going on in the insurance world. We actually purchased another part to a cosmetic surgery software we have used for several years, so we would have everything in the same system. Needless to say it did not compare and we quickly aborted that switch and continued with E-thomas and have not looked back. So when we began looking for an electronic medical record system, we went straight to Chris and MD Logic. We will be installing this in Sept or Oct. I will keep you posted.
